Our 4 Phase Design Process
Firstly I'll give you a FREE Initial Consultation in person. I'll help you track down the time consumers in your business, or if you already know what needs to be done, we can give suggestions of how you can profit more in less time! Once I have a clear understanding I'll provide you with an official quote for your project.
Once I understand your needs, I'll design your new database to meet your specifications. Usually I make contact several times during the design process, and forward via email design drafts for your approval. Occasionally I may create a section on our web site specifically for your company, where you can view these design drafts online. Then you can see everything before the Production and Testing Phase.
Once you approve the design, I'll then go into the Production and Testing phase. Your approved Design Drafts serve as the blueprints for during this phase. From here on, all work is done off line which lowers overall expenses. Working off site also allows me to work uninterrupted and focus on programming, coding and testing your database.
When it's finished, I'll arrange to install your database direct to your computer. I'll also provide if required training and Guidance Notes on how to use your database. You'll then have some time to test your database. If you find anything not functioning as designed I'll fix it for free. Continuing 90 day telephone support is included free of charge. Future enhancements to the database that you may come up with in the future is just a phone call or e-mail away.
I do my best to make my databases simple to use by automating your regular tasks. I can add functions to enhance the application and guide users;
