About Sam:

I have been providing services to businesses, charities and individuals since 2003 when I found it impossible to go out to work as well as look after my young family.  I am dedicated to delivering excellent customer service; with my aim to provide no nonsense easy solutions for small to medium size businesses and charities.

I am ICSA certificate qualified and have over 20 years experience of business requirements and I am also the Chief Executive Officer/Charity Secretary of Chelmsford Mencap, which has increased my third sector expertise further.  From time to time I have a number of experienced staff that I call on to help complete  any work I cannot do myself due to high volumes.  All work is thoroughly checked before leaving my premises.

My husband Ray (who is the great grandson of the legendary 1920's Spurs player Jimmy Dimmock, opposite) has over 20 years sales and marketing experience across various sectors, and assists and advises with any work I am given in this area.

I myself am a Microsoft application specialist also using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, FrontPage, Access etc.

As like the majority of Virtual Secretaries I work from home in a purpose built and fully equipped office in Chelmsford, Essex.
