Bespoke Database Design

Above is an example of a bespoke database, which has been designed for the well known Chelmsford Valet Company 'Clean Image'.  This database is used predominantly for marketing purposes and allows the user to target customers at regular intervals with specific offers.  Linked to the database are various programs which allow business trends ands patterns to be monitored.  This client has reported that that their sales and prospect figures have increased considerably since purchasing this database.

This database was designed for a Regional Sales Manager in the Construction Industry.  My client needed to organise his complex data, ensuring that all telephone conversation data/site data/contracts and contacts data was recorded accurately, as well as keeping ongoing progress notes for Site Constructions.  My client informs me that in just one month, his database paid for itself in the extra commission he earned!

This Database has been designed for the typical Window Cleaning Business.  Cleaning schedules are incorporated, together with the facility to print reports from customers that are behind with payments.  This database is also capable of being a useful marketing tool.
